Home-Brewing Monitoring System

A planned monitoring system for home brewing, built around connected sensors.

What it is

Home brewing and electronics are two of my interests, and a monitoring system is where they meet. I like making ginger beer, and I have a cider kit I would like to try as well.

The plan

The monitor should keep an eye on the alcohol content as the brew goes.

Status

On hold until it is a bit warmer and I have a proper space to set it up. I already have the monitor, heat pad and brew bucket.

Comments

How your data is used

The form stores your name, email, a salted hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent. They are used to show your comment, limit abuse and moderate, and your email and IP hash are never shown. Spam and rejected comments are deleted after 30 days, and to have a comment removed, use the contact form.
